					<description>No kidding. I had to search a bit before finding the original letter I responded to. But at least they're improving. They already seem to have a thriving local sports community. Since letter writers are very likely their most passionate readers, they should do everything they can to cultivate this.</description>

Now if only they would figure out how to cross-link between letters and responses... They should have backlinked to the previous letter you referenced, and   frontlinked from that letter to yours.

They claim they want pageviews, but they ignore these opportunities -- or blame it on their CMS... sigh....
